Elk jaar vind de herdenking plaats bij het Slavernijmonument aan de Loydkade vlak bij onze hogeschoollocatie RMI (Rotterdam Mainport Institute). Ook dit jaar zal Ron Bormans (voorzitter CvB) namens Hogeschool Rotterdam een krans leggen. Na afloop van de herdenkingsceremonie, is er een nazit waarbij alle HR aanwezigen samen na kunnen praten onder genot van een hapje en een drankje.

June 30 | Commemoration at Slavery Monument & Aftertalk
Every year, the commemoration takes place at the Slavery Monument on the Loydkade, close to our RMI (Rotterdam Mainport Institute) location. Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences lays a garland every year. After the commemoration ceremony, there is a follow-up during which all HR attendees can talk together while enjoying a snack and a drink.
