What are you going to do?
The Administration Office provides administrative, organisational, and logistic support. Within this office, enthusiastic employees deliver day-to-day services to students and teaching staff, including planning educational activities, scheduling, and managing information flows. The office consists of a back office with a team of coordinators and a front office that serves as the first point of contact for students and visitors. The Senior Support Officer works within this structure, combining front-office responsibilities and coordination to ensure smooth operations for the International Business programme.
Position
This position combines secretarial support, logistic coordination, and project management responsibilities for the International Business programme. You will work in a dynamic, international environment where flexibility is key: the focus of your work will primarily be on secretarial support.
Tasks
Secretarial support:
- Secretarial support for the management team: agenda management, meeting preparation, and minute-taking; handling correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating meetings and events; receiving guests and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Project coordination: supporting projects, monitoring progress, and reporting; identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to processes.
- Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensuring staff are provided with necessary office supplies.
- Handling procurement and maintaining contact with suppliers
- Working confidently with various digital systems and tools to support administration and coordination.
Coordinator of education:
- Preparations and administration for the curriculum; collecting course module information and data processing in Osiris.
- Teacher planning administration (PTD).
- Preparations for the class- and test schedule.
- Class division.
- Frequent meetings with the course director and coordinator Student Affairs.

Are you the one we’re looking for?
- Education at HBO level or equivalent experience;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Experience in secretarial work and project coordination;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with planning tools (experience with Osiris is a plus);
- Flexible: able to switch between tasks and priorities depending on workload;
- Proactive and independent attitude;
- Service-oriented and solution-focused, with attention to detail.

- A one-year contract upon starting employment (D4 CAO HBO).
- Salary in scale 8: € 3.311,92 - € 4.376,46 gross per month (based on full-time employment, depending on experience and qualifications).
