This event will take place on Thursday, the 10th of November from 16:00 to 20:00 in the Wijnhaven 61, Foyer Space!
Any items that are left over will be donated to Het Goed and the Trashbunker.
This event is organized by the Trashbunker.
The Trashbunker is located at the Willem de Kooning Academy. Its is a circular initiative that started as a student project. It is a space for students to donate materials and useful art projects they will no longer use so that others may reuse them again and again.
Art schools produce a lot of waste as new students get to learn to use the material stations, individual projects and in general try things out. The trash bunker acts as a hub to reduce this waste. Additionally the Trashbunker regularly sources materials from station clean ups and other external locations.
