The goal and ambition of GO HR is to create awareness and generate positive change towards a more sustainable future for students at RUAS. We invite students and staff to initiate change themselves. Our programme of activities will be based on pre-defined themes for a period of time. We aim at making all the initiatives and projects from RUAS visible to everyone so we can share knowledge and join forces for a greater impact.

Our approach
There are two teams actively working on making RUAS more sustainable.
Programme team Samen Duurzaam (Together Sustainable)
This team works at a strategic and executive level and its aim is to increase sustainability in the research, education and operations within RUAS.
GO HR
GO HR works from a student and staff driven approach. Without the involvement of our community of students and staff, we will never achieve the kind of system change we are aiming for.
Why?
Sustainability is not a choice! It is a must! We understand sustainable development as a social duty to future generations. Therefore, we believe sustainability should be an integral part of all the curricula and research done in all our institutes. We use the 17 Sustainable Development Goals from the United Nations as one of our frames of reference.
