Admission and Finance
Exchange students for all programmes (except Willem de Kooning
Academy) should register with the International Office.
Students who wish to apply for a Bachelor or Master degree
programme, should apply directly with Rotterdam Business School or Willem de Kooning Academy.
Admission procedure
The
application form for exchange students should be sent to
the International Office no later than May 1st (for Fall semester
or both semesters) or November 1st (for Spring semester), together
with all the required documents.

information.
Enrollment exchange programs
Within one month after the deadline you will receive a letter
about your acceptance. From this moment on, you will be in contact
with the School or programme coordinator. Upon arrival you will
receive a student number, a student ID card and a computer
account.
Visa
To check whether or not you need a visa to study in the
Netherlands please check the website of the
Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND).
